They are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and international conventions.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited and constitutes infringement. Lakay Games takes great care over the accuracy of the information published, without being able to guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions. Release dates, prices, platforms, content and features of the games presented are indicative and may change up to and after release.

Visuals labelled "Illustration" or "Concept visual" are not gameplay captures. Lakay Games cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from access to the site, its temporary unavailability, the possible presence of malicious software or the use of the information it contains.

09Governing law and disputes

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
